Greenville Public Schools (the "District") is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for the removal and replacement of the existing gymnasium floor at the Greenville School. The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and services necessary to complete the project in accordance with this Request for Proposals (RFP). The project includes, but is not limited to: removal and disposal of the existing gym floor; inspection of subfloor; installation of a new K-12 suitable gym floor system; sanding, sealing, finishing; game line striping and logos; protection of adjacent areas; and final cleaning. Question Deadline 02/23/2026 Responses Issued: 2/25/26 Anticipated Award: 3/6/26 Proposals shall include company information, experience and references, proposed floor system, project schedule, cost proposal, and proof of insurance. Bidders may submit clearly labeled alternate pricing for alternative systems, warranties, or logo options. Proposals will be evaluated based on experience, product quality, schedule, cost, references, and compliance with this RFP. All work shall comply with applicable federal, State of Maine, and local laws and regulations.. If applicable, this project shall comply with Maine Prevailing Wage laws. The contractor is responsible for jobsite safety and compliance with District protocols. General Liability, Workers' Compensation, and any additional insurance required by Maine law are required. Greenville Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal in the best interest of the District.
