Renovation of a fire / police facility in Guilford, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Piscataquis County Sheriff's Patrol Office at 2 Hudson Avenue in Guilford, Maine is looking to have the building's roof shingled. Black architectural shingles are to be used. The whole roof is to be shingled with the exception of the large section of the north side which was done in the fall of 2022. The roof has one layer of shingles that may have a few that need to be fixed before laying new shingles over the top. All ridges will need to be capped. A copy of the blueprint of the roof and the specs can be picked up at the Piscataquis County Commissioners' Office at 163 East Main Street in Dover-Foxcroft. An on-site inspection can be scheduled by appointment by calling Josh York at 207-270-0636.
