Estimated award date: July 7, 2025 The Town of Hampden is soliciting references and cost proposals from contractors to construct the new Public Works office and wash facility . Interested contractors should review the included project narratives, expected scope of services for the project, drawings and specifications, and the Town of Hampden's General Information for Bidders. Bidder accepts all of the terms and conditions of the Instructions to Bidders, including without limitation those dealing with the disposition of Bid security. This Bid will remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the Bid opening, or for such longer period of time that Bidder may agree to in writing upon request of Owner. Interested contractors should submit a list of similar projects completed, detailed Scope of Services for the project with timelines, and cost amount for the work to be performed as outlined. The Town of Hampden will be ranking each proposal based on referenced projects, scope of services, and cost estimate for the award of this contract. Questions on the bid manual and plans will be forwarded to the Director of Public Works via email, Publicworks@hampdenmaine.gov and include "Public Works Office & Wash Facility" in subject line. The Town of Hampden reserves the right to reject any and all offers or to set a minimum bid if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Hampden.
