Location: U.S. Route 2, beginning at the Hermon/Bangor town line in Hermon (MP 139.76) and extending in a Westerly direction to Damascus Road in Carmel (MP 128.07), with two truck lanes (52) for a total distance of 12.21 centerline miles (24.42 Lane Miles). Outline of Work: Snow plowing and Ice control The initial term of this contract is for three (3) years, beginning October 15, 2025 and ending May 1, 2028. The contract term may be extended on an annual basis for up to five (5) additional years upon mutual agreement between MaineDOT and the contractor. Questions received after 12:00 noon of Friday prior to bid date will not be answered. There will be no bid bonds, performance bonds or payment bond required.
