Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a mixed-use development in Kittery, Maine. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility; parking garage; parking garage; and parking garage.
The intent and purpose of this IFB is to establish price agreements (labor, equipment, and materials inclusive) for the abatement of various hazardous building materials and wastes associated with both structures and the demolition of the structures, both located on a property on Old Post Road in Kittery, ME. Each bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidder's name and "42-44 Old Post Road Abatement and Demolition" on the outside. Electronic format of bids will not be accepted. Unless otherwise specified, questions pertaining to general information regarding the scope of services shall be addressed only in writing. No questions will be answered in-person or via telephone.
