Procurement of brand name stud heater carts for delivery to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME 03904. Only the specified brand is accepted; proposed alternatives to the requested material will be rejected. Vendors must provide any applicable procedures and technical information with their quotation. Vendors utilizing an authorized distributor of Power Temp Systems must provide proof of availability and confirmed lead time from the distributor at the time of quote. Vendors should provide a breakdown of total prices for price justification purposes. Award may be based on adherence to schedule and/or soonest mobilization. Past performance will be evaluated using PPIRS/CPARS information. The Contracting Officer may utilize any available information to evaluate vendor responsibility. Refer to Attachment 1 for technical specification.
