Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lewiston, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work for the FRANKLIN PASTURE TENNIS COURTS shall consist of but not be limited to, the complete and satisfactory construction of the following: 1. Remove and replace existing bituminous concrete pavement tennis courts and walkways and existing gravels. The total proposed tennis court and walkway area is approximately 5,800 square yards. 2. Install approximately 2,350 linear feet of new 6-inch underdrain and French drains. 3. Remove and replace existing fence with approximately 1,850 linear feet of 4-foot and 10-foot-tall chain link fence and swing gates. 4. Remove and replace existing light fixtures, 10 total, and associated conduit, wires, control cabinet, concrete pad, and push button controls. Existing light pole bases, light poles, and electric meter/service to remain. 5. New acrylic surfacing, court striping, nets, and posts. Three northern-most courts shall be striped for both Pickleball and Tennis.
