**As of July 15, 2022, the project has not yet been awarded. The anticipated date for award is not yet determined. The Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management (DVEM) is conducting a competitive bid process for the Lewiston Armory Unheated Storage Building Project at the Lewiston Armory in Lewiston, Maine. This project consists of the construction of a one story, steel, unheated storage building on a reinforced concrete foundation measuring approximately 3,555 square feet. Project includes the demolition of two existing metal storage facilities (1,163 and 1,498 sq. ft.); a 72 square foot CMU fuel storage building; an 80 sq. ft. wooden shed; existing concrete pads and asphalt.
