The work consists of the following: 1. Construction of an approximate 8,800 square foot pre-engineered building consisting of eight (8) vehicle storage garage bays. 2. All site work, paving, lighting, generator removal, generator installation, relocating propane tanks, floor slab and foundation removal, maintaining facility operation areas, power utility services and site utilities. The work also includes all building structure, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, as well as all other work incidental thereto in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Surety Corporation Bond, satisfactory to the Authority, on the standard Contract Bond form of the Authority, for a sum not less than the Total Amount of the Proposal.
