The County of Washington seeks two (2) separate bids for: 1) snowplowing/sanding at the Washington County Courthouse Washington County is soliciting bids for snowplowing and snow removal and unlimited sanding at the County Courthouse / Jail Complex, and the removal of sand in the spring (see list below) for a one-year contract for the 2024-2025 season. Proof of $300,000 liability insurance is to be submitted with the bid. For specific information on this job, please contact David Lund at 207-255-3521. Lots: o 28 Center Street (Cooperative Extension - new ramp, EMA, RCC, UT) o 24 Center Street o 83-85 Court Street (lot between courthouse and sheriff's office) o 84 Court Street (100' x 60') approximately 18 spaces - stone berm cannot be plowed o Cooper Street (old Marshall Manor lot) approximately 12' x 105' - 56 spaces o Jail lot on Cooper Street - outside of fenced area (no place to pile snow) o 82 Court Street - parking lot o Corner of Center & Court streets - approximately 40 spaces The Washington County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and/or all bids.
