Snow removal and sanding for 9.37 miles of town roads in Merrill and snow removal and sanding for 3.10 miles of town roads in Dyer Brook commencing in the September 01, 2025 and ending at the completion of the contract which will be issued for three years. Contract will cover the winter plowing season of 2025- 2026; 2026 fall to 2027 spring; 2027 fall to 2028 spring season. The towns will provide sufficient salt sand. Contractor must have a loader to load the salt sand. After consideration of all bids, and within seven days of bid opening, the Municipal Officers shall announce their decision. The Municipal Officers of Dyer Brook and Merrill reserve the right to waive all formalities and to reject any and all bids (and to accept any bid).
