Renovation of a library in Milo, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The Town of Milo is seeking proposals for a qualified contractor to provide roofing installation at the library building. This building is located at 4 Pleasant St.., Milo. Proof of Worker's Compensation and General Liability insurance are required. Questions should be directed to Robert Canney, Town Manager at 943-2202, or via email at townmanager@townofmilo.org. Emails are preferred. The Town of Milo reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and waive any irregularities. Roofing Scope of work to be performed: Removing old shingles, replacing with 30-year warrantied shingles. Place ice + water shield up from all eaves and synthetic roofing underlayment on the rest. Replace any boards that need replacement. Replace existing drip edge if needed. Clean up and remove any building demo. Insurance: Provide proof of Worker's Compensation and General Liability Insurance.
