The Town of Minot is seeking proposals for paving projects for the 2026 paving season. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes with “Road Bid” clearly printed on the exterior. Proposals must include the contractor’s name, address, phone numbers, contact person, as well as a price per ton for mix and square yard for reclaim work. The official bid form must be used, and bidders must observe all required local, state, and federal requirements, laws, and policies. It is the Town’s intent to complete the listed work but is dependent on tonnage pricing. Hebron’s portion is dependent on acceptance of pricing, independent of Town of Minot. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to renegotiate with the lead bidder to fit the project to available funds. Project Locations/Descriptions by Paving Season 1. Jackass Annie Road: Approximately 21' wide and 5,650' (1.07 miles) long. Requesting combined 2" of tack, shim and overlay after compaction. Includes: a. 1000' of 2" binder course (divided over 2 sections) 2. Prospect Ave: Approximately 21' wide and 2,112' (0.4 miles) long. Requesting combined 2" of tack, shim and overlay after compaction. 3. Mountain Road: Approximately 21' wide and 2,112' (0.4 miles) long. Requesting combined 2" of tack, shim and overlay after compaction. 4. Butler Hill Road: Approximately 21' wide and 2,112' (0.4 miles) long. Requesting combined 2" of tack, shim and overlay after compaction. 5. Allen Road (Minot): Approximately 21' wide and 2,112' (0.4 miles) long. Requesting combined 2" of tack, shim and overlay after compaction. 6. Allen Road (Hebron): Approximately 21' wide and 3,696' (0.7 miles) long from the Minot townline to the Turner townline. Requesting combined 2" of tack, shim and overlay after compaction. 7. Sturdevant Hill Road (Hebron): Approximate 18' wide and 2,880' (0.6 miles) long from Merrill Hill Road to dirt road at Minot townline.
