Location: Statewide. Bids may be made for any or all (5) MaineDOT regions. Outline of Work: Landscape construction services and other incidental work. The list of Items provided in this Contract Package are estimated quantities only and provided for determination of low bidder. There shall be no guarantee of a minimum or maximum amount of work under a subsequent Task Order Landscape Construction Services Contract. Work will be ordered on an as needed basis. Questions received after noon of Monday (or if that Monday is a state holiday, Friday) prior to bid date will not be answered. Bidders shall not contact any other Departmental staff for clarification of Contract provisions, and the Department will not be responsible for any interpretations so obtained. A contractor may bid on any or all (5) MaineDOT Regions. A Two-Year Plant Establishment Period shall be incidental to all plantings. As per Special Provision Section 110 appropriate Certificates of Insurance shall be submitted as part of the bid documents. This Contract is subject to all applicable Federal and State Laws. This contract is subject to compliance with the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise program requirements as set forth by the Maine Department of Transportation.
