The Town of Old Orchard Beach (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: New Salt Road Reconstruction The Project includes the following Work: Reconstruction of New Salt Road including full depth reconstruction, road regrading and repairs, pavement overlay, installation of new guardrail, reinstallation of riprap, and addition of a concrete headwall on the existing tide gate. The project is funded by FEMA under the major disaster declaration following the December 23-24, 2022, winter storm Elliot. Such Bid bond will be issued in the form included in the Bidding Documents. Bid security must be at least 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price.
