Demolition, site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Old Town, Maine. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,860-square-foot municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.

Public Works Building Addition project located at 73 Airport Road, Old Town, Maine A bid security consisting of a 5 percent (5%) Bid Bond or a Certified Check in lieu of the Bid Bond is required. Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each for 100% of the value of the work are required. Construct a 30' x 62' office addition to the Old Town Public Works Garage. Project will include earthwork, foundation, framing, windows, doors, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and finishes to provide a turnkey project. Site work will include re-routing an 8" and 1" water line around the proposed project, and connection to existing sewer.
