Description: W I N 026788.00 Location: I n Penobscot and Somerset Counties, project is located: Map I D s 1 & 2 are in Saint Albans, Ripley, and Dexter on Route 23 beginning at the intersection with Route 43 and extending northerly to the intersection with Route 154, then northeasterly to the intersection with Route 7. Map I D s 3 & 4 are in Saint Albans and Corinna on Route 43 beginning at the intersection with Route 23 and extending easterly to the intersection with Route 7. Map I D 5 is in Cambridge on Route 150 beginning 0.20 miles south of the intersection with Route 152 and extending northerly to 0.17 miles north of the intersection with the North Road. Map I D s 6 & 7 are in Palmyra and Hartland on Route 151 beginning at the intersection with Route 2 and extending northerly to the intersection with Route 23. Map I D 8 is in Pittsfield, Palmyra, and Hartland on Route 152 beginning at the intersection with Route 11 and extending northerly to the Hartland town line. Map I D 9 is in Ripley on Route 152 beginning at the intersection with the Route 154 and extending northwesterly to the intersection with Route 150. Map I D l O i s in Ripley and Harmony on Route 154 beginning at intersection with Route 150 and extending easterly to the intersection with Route 23. Map I D 11 is in Harmony on High Street beginning at the intersection with Route 150 and extending easterly to the intersection with Route 154. Map I D 12 is in Palmyra, and Saint Albans on the Nokomis Road beginning at the intersection with Route 43 and extending southerly to the Corinna town line. Map I D 13 is in Palmyra on the Nokomis Road beginning at the intersection with the Williams Road and extending northeasterly to the intersection with Route 43. Map I D 14 is in Pittsfield on Somerset Avenue and Phillips Comer Road beginning at the intersection with the southbound off-ramps for 195 and extending westerly to Phillips Comer Road then extending northwesterly to the intersection with Route 2. Map I D 15 is in Pittsfield on Peltoma Avenue beginning at the intersection with Route 11 and extending southeasterly to the intersection with Harrison Road. Map I D 16 is in Pittsfield on the Madawaska Road beginning at the intersection with Route 11 and extending northerly to the intersection with Route 2. T T Y users call Maine Relay 711 Each Bid must be made upon blank forms provided by the Department and must be accompanied by a bid bond at 5% of the bid amount or an official bank check, cashier's check, certified check, certificate of deposit, or United States postal money order in the amount of 5% of the bid amount, payable to Treasurer, State of Maine as a Bid guarantee. A Contract Performance Surety Bond and a Contract Payment Surety Bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price, will be required of the successful Bidder.
