The project will include: The metal structure will be a 50-foot X 45-foot pre-engineered metal building, situated over the existing compactors and roll-off containers. The majority of the structure will be situated over the existing concrete slab. The concrete laydown area for the roll-off container storage consists of an existing 750 +/- square foot concrete pad. Currently some of the roll-off containers are stored on a gravel area. We are adding 2,500 +/- square feet of concrete slab for additional roll-off container storage over a portion of the existing gravel. We are also paving the existing gravel portion with bituminous pavement and returning some of the existing gravel area to lawn area. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
