Renovations to Cummings Center/Munjoy Fire Station Briefly and without force and effect upon the contract documents, the work of the contract can be summarized as follows: Furnish and install a new sprinkler system, fire alarm system, suspended ceilings, interior lights, energy recovery ventilation system, type I commercial kitchen hood and exhaust fan, and communication upgrades. In areas shown on the drawings, demo existing acoustic ceiling, above ceiling insulation, interior lighting, and associated electrical wiring.
