Work Spring Street Parking Garage Stair #4 Repairs LOCATION: 45 Spring Street, Portland, Maine. OUTLINE OF WORK: Briefly and without force and effect upon the contract documents, the work of the contract can be summarized as follows: furnishing all the labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform stair repairs. The work includes repairs to the stair tower framing, tread/rier replacement and steel frame painting, including all preparation and application and clean up per the specifications and manufacturers recommendations.
