Renovation of a parking garage in Portland, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Contract time for the Work shall commence in October 2022 and be completed by July 1, 2023. Technical questions concerning the bid must be submitted in writing no later than 12:00 noon, Thursday, October 13, 2022. 1. Contractor shall develop a schedule in coordination with City representative prior to mobilizing to the site. 2. Contractor shall provide a Site Specific Safety and Health Plan (SSHP) prior to project construction. 3. All installation work shall comply with the current state and local codes and regulations. 4. After construction is complete, accurate as-built drawings shall be provided in PDF format. 5. Contractor is responsible for complying with all OSHA regulations. Location: Spring Street Parking Garage 45 Spring St Portland, Maine Outline of Work: The work under this Contract includes but is not limited to the following: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and services for demolishing & reconstructing public restrooms and adjacent spaces as shown on the drawings. The scope includes all work shown - including but not limited to - demolition, masonry, insulation, plumbing, mechanical, electrical work; ceilings, toilet partitions & accessories, doors, frames & hardware.
