=Briefly and without force and effect upon the contract documents, the work of the contract can be summarized as follows: furnishing all the labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to recoat entire roof traffic membrane, perform overhead repairs, and recoat membrane at turns. The work includes the knocking down and repairing overhead concrete spalls, including all preparation and application and clean up per the specifications and manufacturers recommendations.
