On Fore River Parkway beginning at Route 22 and extending south 0.20 of a mile. WIN 027000.00 is located on West Commercial Street beginning 0.04 of a mile east of Valley Street and extending east 0.63 of a mile. WIN 027002.00 is located on Fore River Parkway; Segment 1 beginning 0.20 of a mile south of Route 22 and extending north 0.71 of a mile.
