Competitive Energy Services ("CES") Consultant to the Portland International Jetport (PWM) Request for Proposals This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is being issued by Competitive Energy Services ("CES") as the consultant to PWM for this purpose. PWM asks that entities and individuals do not reach out to PWM or the City of Portland or its personnel regarding this RFP. The Portland International Jetport ("PWM") is soliciting proposals to install a behind-the-meter electrochemical battery storage system at its airport facility in Portland, Maine. PWM is seeking the following services: 1) engineering, procurement, and construction services including the design, procurement, integration, installation, and commissioning of the battery storage system; 2) turn-key project management for system implementation including construction management, obtaining permitting approval from applicable authority having jurisdictions, and obtaining grid interconnection approval from PWM's local electric utility, Central Maine Power Company; and 3) ongoing battery storage maintenance services including planned preventative maintenance and on-call technician support/response for unplanned equipment outages or failures.
