As of August 8, 202 4, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on August 12 on commissioner's meeting. Project consists of major interior renovation to the approximately 32,000 SF, three-story existing steel-framed structure. The renovation scope includes interior space reconfiguration; modifications to mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems; and interior finish upgrades. Exterior work is limited to addition of a generator and infrastructure for electric vehicle charging stations. The interior spaces include office space, meeting spaces, break rooms, restrooms, file storage areas, and support spaces Bidders shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time.
