Project Name: Furnish & Install Kitchen Equipment at Homeless Services Center - Bid #22062 Location: 654 Riverside Street Portland, Maine Outline of Work : The work under this Contract includes but is not limited to the following: Deliver to the site, unwrap/uncrate & install/ set in place all kitchen equipment described within this document, including the walk-in cooler complete installation. This contract will be with the City of Portland the end users/tenants of the building. During installation, the project site will be under the full control and responsibility of the Cianbro Corporation . Cianbro is the General Contractor, under contract with the Project Owner/Developer - Developers Collaborative/ DC Riverside LLC. The successful contractor will coordinate with Cianbro and their subcontractors in all respects, such as safety & security rules, parking & cleanup procedures. All cleanup and disposal of associated wrappings, crates and boxes etc. is part of this scope of work.
