As of August 1st, 2022 - the bids came in over budget and the city is currently working to secure funding for the project. An update is expected some time this week. Provide materials and labor for site preparation, demolition, grading, drainage, layout and construction of materials in accordance with all technical plans and documents. Work includes some demolition and removals of existing play equipment and safety surfaces. Installation of play area drainage improvements, double loop pathway construction, construction of mountable concrete curbing edge for certain play areas, subgrading and grading preparation for underdrain and drainage improvements in play areas, including a potential radial drain connection to existing storm / underdrainage system. Soil preparation for planting areas, concrete pad construction for bench installation for seating elements, safety chip installation work, and support with boulder setting. No site lighting or new irrigation infrastructure is in project scope, no play equipment assembly or direct responsibility for installation is in project scope. . In-person submission is not currently allowed due to City Hall being closed to the public. It is the bidders sole responsibility to ensure that their bid is submitted prior to the date and time specified. Late bids shall not be accepted.
