Renovation of an educational facility in Portland, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
PATHS Boiler Replacement, Locations: 196 Allen Avenue Portland, Maine 04103 Furnish and Install all mechanical, electrical, controls, concrete, steel, and envelope work for a turnkey project as outlined in the bid documents. The project includes installing three (3) new packaged 60 boiler horsepower low pressure steam fire tube boilers with natural gas burners and associated equipment. Refer to the drawings and specifications for items that will be furnished by the Owner and installed by the Contractor. The boilers are being furnished by the City of Portland and installed by the contractor. The contractor shall furnish and install all other items in order to provide a complete usable system as designed.
