Renovation of an educational facility in Presque Isle, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,500-square-foot educational facility.
Northern Maine Community College is currently seeking proposals for the installation of approximately 2,500 sq/ft LVT flooring. The College has selected Mannington Nature's Paths Select LVT tile flooring and Armstrong Color-Integrated cove base. Interested bidders must complete and submit the 2022 Floor Replacements Bid Form. As an alternate, vendors may purpose equivalent products to be considered.The contract will be awarded on or before May 6, 2022. The project must be completed by August 12, 2022.
