Location: In Kennebec County, project begins in Randolph on Route 226 beginning at Water Street and extends Northeast 5.5 miles to Route 17; project begins in Winthrop on Route 133 beginning 0.29 of a mile South of Charles Street and extends Northwest 6.4 miles; In Knox County, project begins in Warren on Route 90 at the intersection with Route 1 and extends Northwest 6.4 miles.
