Site work for a water / sewer project in Rangeley, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes the design, production, delivery, and installation of a new floating dock and gangway system for boaters at Rangeley Lake State Park. Contractor is to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project as shown on plans. Bids must be submitted on a completed Contractor Bid Form, include bid security when required, and be scanned and emailed as attachments to the designated address by the specified deadline. The subject line should be marked accordingly. Late bids or those submitted by any other means will not be considered. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Questions on the bid opening process must be directed to the Division of Planning, Design & Construction. Project design questions must be submitted in writing to the Consultant by the question deadline. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or certified/cashier's check for 5% of the bid amount is required. Performance and Payment Bonds are required if the contract amount exceeds $125,000, each for 100% of the contract amount. Filed Sub-bids are not required. Pre-qualified General Contractors are not utilized. No on-site pre-bid conference will be conducted. Bid Documents will be available from the Consultant and may be examined at designated locations.
