Removing snow and sanding of Town roads covering a total of 13.62 miles, in accordance with the general requirements of the Town. The contractor shall have or acquire a surety performance bond for full value of contract; full liability insurance and workman's compensation insurance for the duration of the contract; and equipment as stated in contract. The contract shall be for a period of three years. Bids must be submitted on a cost per mile basis only. The Municipal Officers reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any bids received.
