The City of Saco is soliciting bids for Hot Mix Asphalt for the period of April 1, 2025 to April 1, 2026. The following roadway machine placed Hot Mix Asphalt gradations are being bid: 9.5mm, 12.5mm, and 19mm. Each gradation of roadway machine placed Hot Mix Asphalt will have three different pricing options depending on the final quantity of placed mix for each mobilization to a project. A bid shall also be provided for picked up/loaded unit prices for 9.5mm Hot Mix Asphalt, 12.5mm Hot Mix Asphalt, 19mm Hot Mix Asphalt, curb mix, and cold patch. Also included in this bid solicitation is a bid request for sidewalk paving, parking lot paving, driveway paving, hand placed paving, cold planing, reclaiming, reclaiming with cement, and bituminous tack coat.
