The City of Saco is soliciting bids for a roadway pavement rehabilitation project and other associated items on Spring Hill Road in Saco, Maine. Registering and any questions regarding the RFP should be directed to Travis Moore, Deputy Director via email at tmoore@sacomaine.org . THE WORK: The work in this project includes the reclaiming of the existing pavement and one inch or more as specified of underlying gravel and repaving. Adjusting all structures affected by paving operations. The removal of the existing sidewalk pavement. The repaving of the sidewalk. Any other incidental work. PROJECT MATERIALS: The contractor shall be responsible for providing all materials specified to successfully complete the work. All materials are subject to review by The City. The City may reject any materials that are found to be defective or not up to standards and specifications. PROJECT LIMITS: The project is located on Spring Hill Road in Saco, Maine. The project begins at the intersection of Route 1 and Spring Hill Road extending west approximately 4,650 feet to pavement joint at Industrial Park Road.
