No phone calls will be accepted. The Saco School Department is conducting a competitive bid process for Ventilation Renovations at the Saco Middle School in Saco, Maine. The project consists of mechanical system renovations. The construction consists of replacement of rooftop HVAC and energy recovery units; piping and associated ductwork and controls; and incidental work including selective demolition, roof patching, gypsum board, suspended ceilings and electrical.
