Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Agatha, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
to supply and install an asphalt roof on two sides of the Town Office building located at 419 Main Street in St Agatha. Successful bidder must be regularly engaged in the asphalt roofing trade. Town may require references be provided before award of contract. Contractor shall guarantee all material and labor for one year from date of contract award. Manufacturer's warranties in excess of one year shall apply to all materials, as appropriate. The project once started is expected to be completed in a two-week period. There is a required completion date of September 1, 2022.
