Location: In Cumberland County: Project 2784400 is located on Spring Street in Scarborough beginning 0.18 of a mile north of Mussey Road and extending north 0.27 of a mile to Payne Road. Project 2784600 is located on Saco Street in Scarborough beginning at Gorham Road and extending north 0.67 of a mile to the Gorham town line. Project 2785200 is located on Stroudwater Street in Westbrook beginning at Main Street and extending south 0.04 of a mile to William B. Clark Drive. Project 2785400 is located on Saco Street in Westbrook beginning at the Scarborough town line and extending north 0.52 of a mile to Spiller Drive.
