Renovation of a restaurant in Skowhegan, Maine. Working plans call for the renovation of a restaurant.
The Town of Skowhegan Economic and Community Development office is announcing the following projects; being financed by a CDBG Grant to the Town Skowhegan. The CDBG Grant is a HUD Grant and depending on the value of each project all contractors will be following either the $10,000 and under or the $10,001 to 100,000 Federal contract provisions. Contracts will be awarded to the lowest and most responsive and responsible bidder. Contractors will carry all required insurances for projects.
