As of August 21, 2023, project was awarded to R.J. Grondin & Son, awarded amount is $1,999,776.35. LOCATION 350 and 415 Philbrook Avenue, South Portland, Maine Comments and/or questions concerning this Request for Proposals ("RFP") must be received by LCWMD's Executive Director, Peter Carney, via email to pcarney@restorelongcreek.org or delivery to Long Creek South Branch Stormwater BMP Retrofits RFP -- Questions, c/o CCSWCD, 35 Main Street, Suite 3, Windham, ME 04062, no later than 4:00 PM on June 27, 2023. A satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and a surety company in the amount equal to 5% of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. No Bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after receipt of Bids unless released by LCWMD At least 25% of the cost of the Work shall be substantially complete on or before February 23, 2024, and the date for Substantial Completion of the balance of the Work shall be June 30, 2024. All Work shall be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before August 31, 2024. LCWMD reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities, and to negotiate contract terms with the successful Bidder, and the right to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, or conditional Bids. Discrepancies between words and figures will be resolved in favor of words. Discrepancies between the indicated sum of any column of figures and the correct sum thereof will be resolved in favor of the correct sum
