Renovation of a water / sewer project in South Portland, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of four adjustable weir gates and five slide gates with manual operators in Aeration Train 2 and demolition of associated instrumentation and electrical appurtenances. Structural and concrete repairs to be conducted in Aeration Train 2. Obtaining the Bidding Documents The Issuing Office is Wright-Pierce. Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated website: To be considered a responsive Bidder, the Contractor shall be registered as a plan holder at the designated website. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website *Replacement of three adjustable weir gates, actuators and associated electrical equipment at the Secondary Clarifier Splitter Structure.
