Renovation of a municipal facility in Standish, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Standish, Maine will accept sealed bids for the truss and roof replacement for the Town of Standish Salt Building (30 ft wide X 42 Ft in Length) located at 150 Moody Road in Standish. The improvements include removing all current roof tresses and replacing them with a scissor truss, removing all metal roofing and replacing the roof with new metal roofing. Bids shall include Labor, Materials, Trusses, and Metal Roofing approved by the Town of Standish. No Bidder may withdraw a bid within five (5) days after opening thereof.
