Brief Job Description: The Work involves removal and replacement of existing siding and insulation at exterior façade locations, replacement of windows and replacement of doors and frames at the existing Middle School. Work includes but is not limited to, demolition, new air and moisture barrier, new continuous insulation at exterior wall, new metal siding, new aluminum windows, new hollow metal doors and frames with new hardware, new fascia at roof edge and miscellaneous related repairs. Question Deadline 03/12/2023 Any and all Designer interpretations and/or clarifications of bidding documents must be in the form of written addenda issued from the Designer office to all bidders who are on record at the Designer office not later than 72 hours prior to scheduled receipt of bids.
