Abbreviated Written Summary: Briefly and without force and effect upon the contract documents, the work of the Contract can be summarized as follows: THE PROJECT consists of the driveway, parking lot, and sidewalk replacement at multiple locations. Includes striping, handicap markings, and curbs (where existing). Replace existing light posts and add new. PROPOSALS must be accompanied by a satisfactory BID GUARANTEE (if the bid is greater than $100,000) for 5% of the proposal (or other security as indicated).
