Scope of Work a Preparation: Existing roof ballast, membrane, edge metal, flashing, insulation, rotten wood nailers and building materials will be removed down to the existing concrete deck. All existing drains, pitch pockets, sleeves, flashings, expansion joints, capped curbs, etc. will be replaced as part of this project b Vapor Barrier: Clean and prep concrete deck per manufacturer recommendation. Install HPR Tribase Premium base ply set in CAVR adhesive at 2 gal/sq over the field and up all curbs and wood nailers. For pipe penetrations, install Tuff Flash LO with scrim to create an air barrier around any penetration. c Insulation: Over the properly installed vapor barrier, the contractor will install an 1/8" slope taper polyisocyanurate insulation (4" CI min at drain/ low point) adhered with Insul-Lock HR adhesive. A 1/2 " layer of cover board (i.e. DensDeck Prime) will be installed with Insul-Lock HR insulation adhesive. All drains to receive a 4'x4' drain sump with 1/4 " slope. 1/4 " crickets to be used. (a) Adhesive Ribbon Pattern: 3/4" ribbons installed 12" on center for all zones over the concrete roof deck. d Drainage: Contractor is responsible for scheduling any plumbing work with the Owner/ Owners Representative. Contractor will provide new cast iron roof drain assemblies with sumps. Contractor will test all drains at completion to verify drain lines are clear of debris. Contractor is responsible for connecting new drains to plumbing Roof Replacement.
