Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Wells, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and fire / police facility.
Gutter installation at the Public Safety Building. To fabricate a new gutter and new downspout system above the apparatus bays on the backside of the Public Safety Building, located at 1563 Post Rd. o Fabricate new gutter and new downspout from 24-gauge flat stock- standard color to be selected by fire department. o Supply and installation of approximately 100 feet of gutter guard and applicable ice block and prevention. o Supply and install approximately 100 feet of gutter and 100 feet of downspout with minimum 1 /8-inch bar, hangers, fasters.
