The City of Westbrook (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Melcher Court Pump Station Upgrade The Project includes the following Work: Addition of an Electrical Room to the existing pump station building, modification to the existing building, replacement of all pumps, electrical, mechanical and control systems for the Melcher Court Pump Station, installation of approximately 1,330 LF of 10-inch force main, approximately 1,165 LF of gravity sewer, paving, and related work, as shown on the Drawings. For all contract requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
