Site work for a civil project in Windham, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
Town of Windham, in conjunction with Portland Water District (PWD), is requesting sealed bids for the Lantern Lane Culvert Replacement project. There will be two (2) separate contracts for this work: Contract (1) Culvert Replacement Town funded work and Contract (2) Water Improvements PWD funded work. The project consists of replacing the existing 36" CMP culvert crossing Lantern Lane with a new 48" Kanaflex culvert, associated cast-in-place concrete headwall/wingwalls, and water main renewal. All in-stream work shall be performed between July 16 and September 30, 2021. This includes all culvert, wall, water main, and any other work necessary to complete the work as specified. The project shall be completed and ready for final owner acceptance by October 15, 2021. All questions are due Monday, April 19, 2021 by 5:00 PM.
