A seat refers to how many users in your organization can access your paid subscription of either Project Intelligence Starter or Project Intelligence Pro (one or more). This licensed software can only be accessed by those users who have been granted a seat.

Project Intelligence Starter is designed for organizations with 5 or fewer employees and/or who have one person dedicated to reviewing and managing projects in ConstructConnect’s software. Project Intelligence Pro is ideal for larger organizations who have multiple bid managers, estimators, and/or project owners.

An operational territory refers to the U.S. State or Canadian Province where your company does business. Project Intelligence Starter is best for companies interested in local opportunities, whereas Project Intelligence Pro is best for organizations with regional, national or even international operations (multiple states or provinces).

Project Intelligence subscribers (both Starter and Pro) will be able to view pre-construction projects that have been put out for bid (or are in procurement) by a municipality and/or public or private organizations. These projects have been researched and vetted by ConstructConnect’s expert content team and/or have been added to our database by our network of 200,000+ general contractors.

As a Project Intelligence Pro subscriber, you will be able to view pre-construction projects still in the planning phase (when project scope, plan documents, and project details are still being defined). Like bid stage projects, planning projects have been researched and vetted by ConstructConnect’s expert content team and/or have been added to our database by our general contractors or architects in our network.

For every project in Project Intelligence, ConstructConnect includes the primary contact, company name, and address. Project Intelligence Pro subscribers will also be provided with the email and phone number for the primary project contact.

Each day, ConstructConnect will email a list of project leads to both Starter and Pro subscribers that have recently been added to or updated in our Project Intelligence database. These leads are based on matches between the project description or details and the user’s profile settings, including their preferred trades, locations, and building use (i.e., hospitals, hotels, banks, etc.).

Project Intelligence Pro subscribers have access to detailed plan documents, specification documents and other addenda as part of the project information provided with their subscription.

Project Intelligence Pro subscribers can choose to include a review of detailed plan documents, specification documents when searching for potential projects.

Project Intelligence Pro subscribers can review and add themselves as a bidder to projects in ConstructConnect’s database, including those projects that have been submitted by one of our 7,000+ participating general contractors.

Project Intelligence Pro subscribers can search for, save, and then export their selected projects into a CSV, PDF, or Excel file. Pro subscribers can also share these project reports with others on their team or with outside partners as needed.
