Remove existing air handers, associated piping, valves, pneumatic controls, and ductwork as required and shown within this document to provide new air handlers with ddc controls. b. Remove existing pneumatic control valves for fcu's and replace with ddc controlled valves and thermostats. c. Install new hot water piping to air handling equipment. d. Replace existing steam heating coils with hot water heating coils. e. Remove existing steam prv station and hot water heat exchanger and replace with new whole building high pressure steam heat exchanger system. f. Integration of all building systems to existing schneider front end system. g. Abatement where necessary. General scope of work, Bailey building: a.
