Description

Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Prescott, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Construction of a paved parking lot with curb and gutter and paint striping, construction of a 30' diameter concrete slab, 15 limestone cut benches, installation of water and sewer lateral, construction of approximately 3,200 feet of 8' wide paved trail throughout a wooded area, 30' long concrete trail structure, placement of riprap, and miscellaneous storm piping. Est. Completion Date: Aug. 29, 2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
